School Notice: Mid-Autumn Festival Fair

Hello students and families! Our school will hold a Mid-Autumn Festival fair next Saturday. Festival goers should come to the school gate before eight in the morning. Each class will make decorative lanterns and ornamental trees. At nine, there will be a short ceremony with food offerings in the hall. A monk from the local temple will pray for good health and a long life. Visitors should respect local customs during the ceremony. Traditionally, this fair is a time for family bonding and family reunion. Later, contestants can join a martial arts show, and a club will perform acrobatics. Lunch will be at long tables in the yard, so please practise good table manners. You should wear comfortable shoes because the school is big. If it rains, we will move the shows to the hall.
